I have been with VIP for going on 5 years. It has been great to be part of such a fabulous supportive team. Within the team there are experts in every field and when you've exhausted your ability to do the research you have your team for support. I have found it rewarding also to bring my own knowledge to the mix and be well received. Having the clout of a large yet intimate agency has been very beneficial to me and my clients and the lesson of relationships in the industry is a HUGE part of the experience.
