I have been with CWT since 2010. I love how fast payments are processed. Vince is always there to answer questions. There is no quotas to meet. There is also no fees. I am consistently growing my business without pressure from anyone but myself.
I started working with Casino World Travel with Vince's parents about 20 years ago. I have had no problems working with Vince and Sheri nor his parents. I wouldn't have stayed with them this long if I had. They are very helpful in all aspects of travel.
Stay away. They have no system for tracking the information you upload to their website for bookings and your commissions. You have to call to hunt down your commission payments. They will tell you they haven't received the commission payments when indeed they have. Also you'll never get any communication on promotions, sales, training or familiarization trips. They also advertise themselves as being members of CLIA and NACTA which they are not. They will randomly change your commission level percentage on already booked and traveled bookings without notifying you as well. There are far better options out there for both starting and seasoned agents.
I have now been with Casino World Travel for a full year now, have no idea why I waited so long. I guess it was to good to be true after being with my previous host agency. Though I loved all whom I worked with, CWT is definitely a better fit for me and my clients. Sheri and Vinny cannot, let me repeat, cannot be more encouraging and helpful! Have never been paid so quickly or as much previously! Absolutely no pressure for sales only encouragement via emails and phone calls. They seem to never sleep, always on call and ready to help! If on the wall about which agency to choose? Don't wait as long as I did...you won't be sorry!!!
